Coaches Training Courses
Winter is an excellent time for coaches to prepare for the spring by attending a coaches licensing course that provides training that will help you improve your coaching with your team. Licensing course opportunities are coming to our area in February and March and Andover Soccer Association will reimburse you when you take these courses. Here is a list of licensing courses available:
· G course in Wilmington on February 28
· F course in Littleton beginning on March 1
· F course in Wilmington beginning on March 6
· E course in Wilmington beginning on March 13

Winter Player Development
Girls
ASA has secured winter player development training sessions at Breakaway Sports in Dracut for ASA U10-U14 girls with Mass Youth Soccer Coach Lynn Gugliuzza. The 9 weeks skills academy begins January 9th and ends on March 12th. Registration for the following sessions are available at http://www.andoversoccer.org/registration.
U9/U10/U11 Girls intown: 4:30 - 5:30pm, $135/player (limit 16)
U11/12 Girls travel: 5:30 - 6:45pm, $160/player (limit 16) Registration is full.
U13/U14 Girls travel: 6:45 - 8:00pm, $160/ player (limit 16) Registration is full.
Boys
ASA has secured winter player development training sessions at Breakaway Hockey Dek Sports (1734 Lakeview Avenue, Dracut - (978) 455-5038) for ASA U10-U14 boys with Mass Youth Soccer coaches. The 9 weeks skills academy on Thursdays begins January 12th and ends on March 15th. Registration for the following sessions are available at http://www.andoversoccer.org/registration.

Coed
Andover Soccer Association has worked with Turf Time Tewksbury to offer a winter player development program for U8 players at a reduced rate of $125 per player. This 8 week, coed program will be held on Wednesdays from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm starting January 4 and ending February 29, skipping the February vacation week. Speed Training
Andover Soccer Association has worked with CATZ in Wilmington again this year to offer ASA players speed and agility training at discounted prices. This is an excellent opportunity for players wanting to work on this aspect of their game with professional trainers.
